Roof rack for kayak

For Sonic hatchback. On my previous car I have Thule square bars with the 480 Traverse footpack and Thule saddles. Apparently this doesn't fit the Sonic? Any suggestions for an affordable roof rack? $150 or less if possible. Are there any feet available that would fit my existing bars?

Is that the Q towers? I heard about those but they were expensive.
