Potential Mods

Hi everyone, I’ve never modded a car before but I wanted to start with my current car. So far i’ve been looking into new suspensions (specifically the zzp suspension kit). I’m just wondering what mods do other chevy sonic owners start of with, or what should I start with?

(btw I have a 2013 sonic LT 1.4L turbo, automatic, with about 82,000 miles)

I went with performance first, but that question likely falls on you. What do you want from your car?

Wanna go fast?

Wanna look good?

Wanna more comfortable ride?

Wanna ride that shakes the ground with your subs?

These are questions we can't answer for you. But I will say, I went with a full turboback exhaust from ZZP. Alongside a performance tune from Trifecta, and a custom cold air intake from MPfab and I've never been happier. All installed on a 2015 Chevy Sonic 1.4L turbo

It's all up to you on what you want you can do just a couple mods or go crazy. I would say intake, tune, and exhaust will make a big difference in the car, after that sky is the limit. The picture is a before and after of my 2015

Your engine bay looks sweeeeeeet!!!

Thanks its getting there getting ready to do the PCV fix kit with new ported intake manifold and new valve cover so I got the valve cover dipped and may dip a couple more pieces

Oh wow! I can't wait to see the final results. That looks so good. If only the ls7 coils were yellow...
