Mine is only at ~68k, but it was around the same labor cost to replace the assembly and all pipes & exhaust manifold gasket.
Do you own the car outright? Do you/have you had any other coolant leaks? I've already replaced (most) of rest of the system so it made sense to do the bigger cooler repair and hopefully end the torture...
