Black sedan LTZ, black rims, and...

Got my Hidden Hitch a couple of weeks ago and it was a breeze to install it. The only thing that I'm a little OCD about is that it's not centered. I'm probably the only one who will notice it though. Took some pics yesterday with the Thule bike rack mounted along with my Cannondale.

Very cool look. I'm gonna black out my Cyber Gray probably with plasti-dip. I really don't like chrome.

You know, as much **** as I give you sedan guys, I'll give you one thing; what a massive trunk! I didn't test drive, or even look at, a sedan when I was shopping. Same reason I didn't test drive a 1.8, manual or auto; it's not what I wanted. I had no clue the trunk was that big until a buddy down here in our Sonic group popped his trunk. Holy cow!

The tiny trunk space in the hatch was the deal breaker for me. I just like to carry around too much stuff in my trunk.

On the doors are water droplets reflecting the morning sun. You can see the dirt on the fender in back of the rear wheel.

I peaked in a hatch's rear window and kind of laughed. How do they get their huge numbers with the seats up?! STACK YOUR STUFF!! Then hope the "nothing" above the seats keeps it back there. Once again, HB vs Sedan is a personal preference. I would have never bought the EP3 Civic Si HB but love the look of the newer coupe and sedan Si's (owned both!).

Yea, it surprised my wife and I when we first checked it out - it sold my wife on the car.
Perfect for road trips - or if I were younger, big speakers with room to spare.

Hey JT, you have a nice ride going there man. like the blacked out look. In my opinion, with your tails, i think a nice light coat of tint to give it more of a black cherry look would really set off the rear end with your blacked out look. it would darken the tails but yet keep them showing red at the same time. just not as "plastic" looking red as they do stock. The black dodge dakota i had before i traded it in for my sonic had the same problem with the bright plastic looking red but i threw on a couple light coats of nightshades and the difference was incredible. Just throwing it out there. Now to really set that car off would be a nice body kit and spoiler. But thats just my thoughts...

I agree 100%, as that's how I want it to look, but most of the spray tint jobs I've seen that have been "light" coats tend to look like they are textured to me. I want a smooth and "wet" look like I often see with pre-tinted (factory? aftermarket?) tail lights.

Think you'll ever lower it?

I wish I could justify the expense, but unfortunately I can think of a dozen other things (non-car related) that I'd rather (or need to) spend the $500+ to do it. Maybe if I get a good Christmas bonus from my employer I'll consider it.

I am going to ask buddy in service over at GM if lowering it will void the warranty. If it doesn't - I'll go for it. I sure hope it will not be any more than $350 all in!
