Stalling When Filling With Fuel

On a serious note, Formula 1 uses gasoline and no longer allows refueling during their races. I will leave it to your imagination as to possible reasons.

NASCAR uses methanol which can be doused with water and still refuels during their races.

Of course you need only have a problem one time smoking while adding fuel.

If I pull into a gas station and someone is smoking while adding fuel I do not stop.

I am not aware of the BCM having that function... Maybe I need to research it some...

Well it looks like the fuel cap need replacing, since it was leaking (i think it was either fuel or just the fuel vapor) that was triggering the check engine light... wonder if this had anything to do with the engine shutting down while refueling.

The cool thing about the dealer is i got a new Buick Lacrosse that they gave me for about 4 days while my Sonic is there
