What do you guys think about this car? I really like it a lot...

I found a clean sedan 2009 ss turbo with only 8k on it for 17k...


Pros and cons plzzz

then ya that sounds like a good deal . I saw a sedan turbo go for 13k not too long ago but it had 32k miles .

You might want to look on COBALT forums and see what owners have to say about them to get a better idea . I only see the two same cobalt ss turbo come in at my work for service and they are holding up well . I had the chance to service one of them, and i liked the way it drove , but be ready to be buying tires lol . I don't think that they have too many major issues , overall it seems to be a reliable car . At the end of the day it is still a cobalt and therefor you have to deal with the crappy built quality , i find the sonic is better built over all . for example when i was out on the test drive with that cobalt turbo the glove box would keep opening every time i drove over a bump .

Had a supercharged 06 coupe. Loved my car. Has some issues but never had anything major wrong

If i could afford it i would trade in for a 2010 ss/tc any day even thought about it till i found my car's value took a huge hit lol i wanted teh BNR car

Thats a good price for the low milage. I like the ss sedan as you dont see them around as much.

he does, its a good car and faster then a sonic if thats what you are going for, also more after market parts out, and its also discontinued.

Its heavier than the coupe thats for sure but you can still get good mpgs out of the lnf's even modded. I have a buddy with an 09 coupe that puts 277 to the wheels and still maintains 30mpg

MPG per HP it's a really good bargain, as long as it's the ss turbo and not the ss/sc, and since it's an 09, I assume it's the turbo.

Only bad thing about it that comes up in my mind is the interior quality is going to be horrible compared to the sonic, and some ppl will say that the coupe is the more desirable model

I think the sedan would be a nice buy though- it has the sleeper look of a base sedan, and it's not riced-out looking like the ss coupe; the spoiler on that thing is an eyesore lol

Personally if given that chance I would jump on it. The sonic is cool and all but that balt (asside from SOME interior qualities and MPG's) is Superior in almost every way. Brakes, handling, power, value, aftermarket. If you dont get screwed on the deal I think its worth it.

Just talked to my friend/coworker who has a 2010 SS turbo coupe and he is very saitfied with it. Good power, lots of aftermarket support, a proven engine, runs 13.9 quater mile stock, and get 30-35mpg average..

I've ridden in it and I liked my short time inside, I did not find the interior to be disappointing but I wasl also only in the car for a short amount of time.

He said the price you posted is a good buy.
