now that i think of it you can always grey them out with the plastidip smoke. light coats will get the look you want and that can easily be applied while the wheel are still on the car. I'm kinda jelly you got the 17's I'm tired of the 15's myself

Yeah, I was going to go with the regular black and go with the gunmetal metalizer to give it a grey metailic look. Keep an eye out for a good deal in your area, it cost me 143 bucks to ship the wheels (UPS) from my Dad's place in Dallas (he lived about 5 miles from JAVO) to NE, FL. They left yesterday and will be here Monday, luckily I will be on leave and if I decide to drop the cash y'all should have pic's of the wheels on the car by Tuesday evening (unless they have to order the tires....... Maybe I will stop buy Discount Friday and get the ball rolling.).

The turn down tips back on the car. I just couldn't make myself like the way the double wall tip looked on the sedan.

The sad thing is that the tip sounded better, I just couldn't do it on that alone. 4 more days until the wheels get here. I think I'm going to hit up discount tire tomorrow and see what I can get a set of tires installed for.

Yeah, not to bad but still a pretty penny to drop. I'm stuck between the P Zero Nero and the Nitto Motivo I think. Probably going to go with a 215/45/17 if they don't have both of the 225/45/17 and 215/45/17's in their shop to test fit the bigger tire.

I'd probably go with the Pirelli's if those were my choices.

Yes, now to go work the sh!t out of my local discount tire. If I can walk away with them installed, sensors swapped, and a warranty (plus taxes) for 500 I will be happy, I will fight for 450 just for fun though.

Yep, walk to the door saying you're going across the street to tire kingdom and see what they can do. They'll take my 450!!..... Then down the street to sun tire. They might try and talk me into some 22's for the sonic though. "Just throw a 2x4 in the suspension at each corner and lift it up!!".
