I removed the rear coil perches. They were 5/8" thick. So I had to bring the front down 5/8" obviously. Gonna post some pics tomorrow. Deal with it.

There is a guy on post here with an STI and more carbon fiber bits than stock. He painted them all white to match his white car and you can't tell unless you are very close. looks good.

The shop I go to for paint wants an arm and a leg to do it, because I want to mask off to rally stripes on the driver side and it takes extra time and skill to make the line from painted to non painted look proper. I almost pulled the trigger before I installed them, but I'm glad I didn't because I would have scratched them to hell when I installed them 3 times. Had to keep taking them off to modify them to fit. Shaping carbon fiber body panels with a pearl disc on a grinder is not for the faint of heart.opcorn:
