It deff feels like I lost like 50hp, the SAB was for sure Almighty!!!

Now I want the Injen MMEEGGAAA RAM with stock airbox, then I would get some gains.

I didn't put the ZZP sticker on my car (its on my toolbox), you don't think that's why I didn't see any gains do you. Maybe that was a critical part of the install

What is the ZZP made out of? It's plastic right?

Inferno I'm being sarcastic . its not broken or anything, its just a reference to this ongoing joke about how awesome the stock airbox is (SAB).

I like the ZZP intake and bought it because it is the only intake currently sold with maximum airflow in mind (its a larger id. Tube and uses a removable insert so it'll work without a tune). The quality is excellent, it gives more intake noise (not important to me). I can't feel a noticable difference in power or throttle response but I didn't not expect one on the butt dyno. I know it flows better and makes more power.

When I first drove with it my UG was reporting ~16 degreed higher intake temps but since then I've noticed my UG is off by ~10 degrees. At this point I can't say how it compares temp wise compared to stock with a CAI setup..

Hey sx,

Remember that tool that I made...... I was fussing around my tools today and realized the nut on the strut rod is 15/16" or the metric equivalent. Just a heads up, didn't want you to go through the trouble just to end up cursing my name.

The 21mm tool I posted a picture above is great for the spindle bolts, especially because I'm farking with mine everytime I adjust my ride height, but if you are just doing a one time coil swap, it's not very necessary.

Sorry Sub haven't looked at my build thread in awhile, 1st start of the day my dash reports 8-10 F lower than my intake temps.

On that note I've had a little project going that should significantly lower intake temps. I've been about 1/2 way done for awhile and just waiting on a tig welder only to find out yesterday the material i'm trying to weld requires a God to weld. time for some drilling and riveting and hopefully be done and have pics up by the end of FEB.

also have 2 more pics of my car since plastidipping and installing the Eibach lowering coils.

Finally got around to tinting the tail lights and front markers. Re did the plastiderp on the chrome rings aswell as doing the fronts.

Then i gave her a long overdue wash and wax.

Suppose I should add that I installed the DDM rear brace and shifter bushings, both are a big improvement over stock and easy to do upgrades.

I updated my 2nd post with all my current upgrades and my impressions of them.
