2012 Chevy Sonic Sedan Pictures

I believe it is a black, but seems like a flat black. I wouldn't be surprised if its just a concept and the actual black will look a bit different.
As far as a spoiler I am not sure. Does anyone else know?

That color is obviously a glossy gray of some sort... something like the Cyber Gray that is available on the Corvette. Sadly it's not offered on the production Sonic. If it were, that would be the color I would buy.Mike, it's time to get an eye exam
LOL. Time to change my monitor brightness. Could have sworn the first picture it was closer to black. On second look definitely like a gun metal, or cyber gray color like you said.

I Ordered mine with this color interior and Black exterior.....My wife has a Malibu LTZ with the same color interior with white exterior and I love hers as well......Nice job Chevy

This car looks amazing in this color. Probably why the product team chose the color for the production show car. But, alas, it is not part of the original production color pallet. What you say? Yes, that is correct: this awesome metallic dark grey is NOT available. No Blue color either! To me, an example of old, dangerous, GM thinking. I hope enough people complain to GM, as I have, and that they listen. The LA Auto Show is coming to town at the end of Nov. During my pilgrimage to the show, I will stop by the Chevy booth and, if there is someone there from GM, I will express my opinion.

I inquired about the cyber gray and my dealer told me the company that supplies the pigment no longer exists thanks to the Tsunami. The Cyber Gray isnt available on any 2012 unless early 2011 builds. Just had to change the wifes 2012 Equinox to black cause they couldnt get it in Cyber.

Kerbecks, the dealer who sells more Corvettes than any other, shows a Cyber Grey Metallic Grand Sport in transit, but that does not mean the Sonic ill get the color. It appears the Camaro will be getting a grey that is very similar to CGM, and since the Sonic brochure shows a grey and would expect there will be either a CGM (per the brochure) or possibly the ash grey metallic the Camaro may be getting. Yes, it does. And I expect the grey will be CGM when the two (blue and grey) colors come on line. And looking at the 2012 Impala brochure's version of Ash Grey Metallic and the 2012 Sonic brochure;s version of CGM, I really can not tell that there is a difference.

Let us know if they tell you when cyber grey is available. Hopefully it before the end of the year.
