I'm sorry I don't. On the 1.4 engine I can eliminate the plastic clip but on the 1.8 one cannot do that so I would have to remake the clip somehow and its not obvious how that can be done.

Mitzone etc.. They are all the same. Even with the aluminum outlet you still have the nested plastic fitting on the top of the outlet, These will fail like the outlet will so will still leave you walking. I now make an aluminum version of these fittings that removes all the remaining plastic. I...

I machined up two more fittings this morning (and two additional blanks that just require final finishing) after I unexpectedly got cleaned out over the W/E. Let me know if you want to remove the last problematic plastic piece of the outlet tee.
