Ordered a lower grill for the sonic -- received an upper --

Second box has two brake hoses I didn't order --

Their web site is down --

The phone # for their corporate headquarters -- keeps referring me to their web site --

Well -- my Norton VPN ( whatever that means ? ) was blocking the rock auto site -- so their site wasn't down --

I found a replacement lower grill on eBay -- twice the amount from R/A --

I still have to send back the wrong grill sent ( at my expense ) and some poor schlub's brake lines -- I hope he's hopping mad they're late / lost -- LOL

If I could actually talk to a R/A rep on the phone or emails ---- If local to me --- I'd drop off his brake lines --
