BOT, I finally got a p0300 code, which makes me more confident that its a bad injector problem. Hopefully the Bosches sort it out.

Would anyone build the fuel lines for me? I would pay extra for trouble. I really don't know a place locally to get the lines. Just thought I would ask.

Call up my local guys at Manheim Hydraulics, looks like they have built a couple more sets for people since they did mine. Nice Amish folks just putting together fuel lines by candlelight. Their phone number is (717)665-1554. Turns out the Amish are allowed to use cell phones for business purposes, so they've done away with their old fashioned solution of installing pay phones right outside the door. No seriously. Not MH, but I did used to get this sort of thing at some other Amish run businesses. Middle of winter those phone conversations would be very short since the guy talking was standing outside in a little wooden booth.

I'm back to full e85 and the idle is stable again...... The Bosches don't show up til Monday, but I'm feeling even more confident that they will solve my issues.opcorn:

I also drive much differently than most. I was getting mid 40s before if I didn't beat on it. if I beat on E85, which was included in the first tank, I see lower.

So does anyone make a kit for these? I'm thinking of making the jump to flex fuel and getting bigger injectors as well.
