I understand there are detours on I-75 in or around Toledo. For those familiar with this, is there a suggested best or better route or should I just follow posted detour signs?

South of toledo has detours on I-75 and I believe 23 north of toledo has detours. If you coming from Michigan you best to take 75 south to 280 south and then the toll road or rt 20 from there. I'm just about 2025 minutes southeast of toledo

Shouldn't, I still haven't decided if I'm gonna take the toll road or leave early and enjoy rt 20.

South Park Mall Lot Directions Coming from Toledo to Strongsville - via Route 20

Im taking rt 20 all the way until it turns into a 4 lane highway and then keep on it until i reach grafton road exit and turn right onto grafton road to Royalton Road, turn left onto Royalton Road and drive the long drive straight into strongsville. To which the road will split into 4 lanes from 2 lanes.

Keep going straight down that road through 8 traffic lights once on the 4 lane section. 2 lights in you will pass over a set of railroad tracks, 4 lights in you will cross the main intersection of strongsville of Pearl Road and Royalton Road. Go Straight Thru 3 more lights, the 4th (8th total) will be the mall enterance.

The 8th Traffic Light will be the mall entrance, Turn right, into the mall off of Royalton Road and then hang a left once on the mall entrance roadway at the stop sign and there is the kohls lot on the left with the applebees right next to it on the immediate left of the lot. its honestly really easy to find.

Thats how im going. its always seemed to be the quickest route ive gone.

A little light rain here this morning but it looks like the mall will mostly be clear.

its a little gloomy here in my town in ohio an hour or so away west of strongsville. hasnt rained yet here, ground and everything is dry. just will have to wait and see how it is come 130pm. a little light rain is fine. i just dont want no constant downpouring that never stops if it does a quick burst of rain and ends i'll still be there.

im leaving around 1:45pm to head there. i think its about an hour 15 minute drive for me. if im early im early. traffic depending on how fast or slow it takes to get there. I know im excited to see some sonics today! even gave the car a good washing so it wasnt filthy dirty. it was caked in dirt yesterday. not real presentable like that lol.

Lets just hope the rain holds off and we get the 50% of not rain.

Just checked the forcast for the strongsville area and radar. The weather channel.com is showing between 3pm and 8pm strongsville will have 60-70% chance of Scattered Thunderstorms and the radar is showing a huge line that is moving in the direction of strongsville all the way down to goergia/alabama. so rain definetly looks to be in the future for that area.

I will drive up as long as its not nasty storming by 130-145pm in my area. if its just light rain i will go. hope to see many show up and this doesnt get canceled.
