Stick... 95% I had the traction control on,worked just fine. 25mph in 3rd .. just be patient, don't rush.

For the 5% it was off, those were the snow berms..the deep stuff which kills your momentum. I turned it off, and rocked back and forth.... and just let the car RPM its way out of the tough stuff...

Not bad for all seasons... maybe some blizzaks would be better..

Just leave tc off all the time its only less thing to worry about

Did you see the 5th Gear episode where they drove cars with TC on and off (totally)? TC is a wonderful thing in daily driving...

I turn it off every day, I know how to drive vehicles with way more power then the sonic with no nanny's I can drive it, all they are is a false security blanket for people who don't know the limits of there vehicle. And instead of learning what it can and can't do we have nanny's

I like having the swings In the weather. We are still getting snow. Only 11"
And we were originally forecast to be the bullseye here in NC Kansas. And as far as the electronics go.. I'm not sure ill like it. My Vibe currently doesn't even have ABS and I'm just fine with that.

So much snow!! My areas had a max of 3" so far. Soposed to get 3-5" tonite. Personaly I only like snow if we get a lot of downfall for skiing, sleding, fun stuff.

It can't be completely turned off. THe manual does say for deep snow, turn it off as the wheels won't freely spin...but even with mine off, the indicator was flashing.

It flashes but it does not do anything , and on mine sometimes bit flashes sometimes it doesn't. I think its more of a light to tell you your spinning

If I didn't have to pay sales tax out the wazoo (Haven't registered her yet..we had a blizzard!) I'd go for it.

I have them tires studded. They work wonderfully , and I wasent saying you weren't spinning I was just saying with tc off the light comes on still but that's all it is... a light

Damned license bureau was closed because of the storm...I need to license her asap!

Overnight we got about 9 more inches...really wet snow...the snowblower just clogged up, so it was old school shovelling...great cardio!
Temp is 35, so it's slowly melting on the roads and falling off the trees in big clumps...


I would say that's plenty of winter, we got our fill and bring on the warm weather!
