Weld the rods inside the top of the cylinders at an angle while pistons are attached and use a glass top would make nice end table or coffee table

Have you Google your engine table inquiry? They have some wonderful ideas. The only thing I have against welding the rods inside the block would pertain to the RP block. It is essentially a 24 year old NOS block. The other Q4 and TC blocks are used ones that I wouldnt mind ruining.
I like the car, but I would not be upset if it vanished.
The other week I mentioned that I haven't had an issue with the Sonic since August and I was due for one.
Sure enough. Valve cover is leaking quite good. How awesome.

Waste of my dammed time.
Valve cover leaks by the belts. You can clearly see where it originates. Dealer tells me the oil is leaking because dipstick is not in all the way.
Dudes, the dipstick isn't even close to the oil leak! Then he tells me that it leaks down the dipstick tube and then ends up high on valve cover.
Wasted half my day.
And, of course. I checked the dipstick myself before I brought it in.
My wife and I had a 2012 cruze lt with the all star package with upgraded sound and rs package. Loved the car but got tired of the body shop mixing green flake in the blue paint that was supposed to have blue flake. After 8 worth of hail damage and we traded it after a year for a dart. Booooo. Hated the dart then a year later we traded it for her 15 gti midnight blue

They may have to re-ring it again. I bought it with the top end done by this dealer, but they didn't hone the cylinder - just put rings on. I suspect that because the cylinder wasn't honed, it is back at burning oil shortly after the rebuild. It was burning oil for the previous owner, as I figure.hopefully it's a straight forward fix.

The bike is under warranty until 2017, so I'm not worried. I just hate wasting a great day not riding.
