Does anyone from GM visit this forum?

I'd like to file a complaint about what a piece of junk my 2012 Chevy Sonic has been and I would also like to file a complaint against the dealerships that seem to break something else every time they "fix" something. I have barely driven the car since I bought it brand new

It has less than 55,000 miles on it which is only about 6,000 miles per year.

Here is a comparison of how my car sounded before and after a visit to a dealership to get the Valve Cover replaced.

1.8L It's the 2LS sedan model.

To answer your question, no, GM doesnt visit this forum. I think a few reps did ~5-7 years ago, but nothing recently.

Sorry to hear about these problems, I'd be frustrated too. Use the link dannyg posted, going directly to GM via direct communication is your best bet.

Sadly, I learned the hard way that calling GM directly to voice a complaint on a dealership is basically a huge waste of time. They will listen to the complaint and tell you the generic answer that the dealers are independent of GM and that there really isn’t anything they can do. If you complain enough they may possibly offer some free accessories as a peace offering, but the most the dealer will get is a call.

IMHO the best way to file a dealership complaint is a google review on the dealers website. Many dealers will act to resolve issues with customers after receiving a detailed 1 Star review...

I did do a Google Review and Sawyers Chevy had it set to hidden. I can see it when logged into Google but it's not there when I'm logged out no matter how I sort the reviews.

I have seen other businesses do that to bad reviews as well. It's total BS.

I don’t think that a dealer is able to hide a google review. Just a guess but it could be that it was removed if you didn’t follow the rules that google sets for writing a review.
