Eibach Lowering springs

Unless you swap out the strut/spindle bolts for camber adjusting bolts. Your alignment will not change from the coil swap. The spindle bolts are almost a press fit..... No slop/ room for adjustment.

Lowering will cause increased negative camber. -Because Geometry
So if you want to have that corrected, you'll need the smaller camber bolts when you go in for alignment. Otherwise, enjoy your new aggressive camber and just rotate every 5k.

the toe-in is off more than the camber.

I suppose the toe-in could be slightly effected by the geometry if the Sonic has any notable caster. But if not, there is no reason for the toe-in to change.

you lower the car in it's axis. the tie rod end's have to compensate for that...

Good point. Depending on the tie-rod length it could almost be negligible, unless let's say....... Someone was going 127 mph.
I've never go above 75 myself, my driving record is finally Charlie, and I plan to keep it that way.

(shorter tie-rods=less effected by lowering/longer tie-rods=greatly affected)

Good job. I'm not concerned about the camber/caster so much at the higher speeds, if anything, the way the lowering kit is makes you more stable with a less responsive steering.
however, the toe-in will grab more ruts in a bad road. it's better to be toed-out for stability.
