Unless you swap out the strut/spindle bolts for camber adjusting bolts. Your alignment will not change from the coil swap. The spindle bolts are almost a press fit..... No slop/ room for adjustment.
Lowering will cause increased negative camber. -Because Geometry
So if you want to have that corrected, you'll need the smaller camber bolts when you go in for alignment. Otherwise, enjoy your new aggressive camber and just rotate every 5k.
