trust me. It's hard to slash tires even with a K-Bar knife. now a ice-pick works really well.
i couldn't imagine using a key. you'd either break the key or yourself.

So much hate, so you've never pushed a wounded vehicle a long just a bit further? This was riding on the flat for some time but taking it slow and what not isn't to bad..10 miles is pretty good distance, I once nursed a flat up the street and a few blocks to get to the tire store.
Also fixed my own not to long ago, there's a thread on here about it.
I assume you didn't do the 45mph limit like this though.
Really though, a lot of hate here lol

Tough love... see if we baby Jim then he won't think twice but I get he will look three times now lol..can't say I pushed my car but I have pushed my humvee in the army lol. Think the worst thing compare was driving like 65 on a spare after bending my rim in a strip club parking lot lol

Alright maybe the key slashing was a bit of a long shot. It still could have been a knife teenagers are fully capable of acquiring them. Did you remote start your car? I do it all the time. That would definitely block out the air gushing out sound.

With a slash that big, the tire would be 100% deflated in 5 seconds or less...even if someone just pulled the valve core you can empty a tire in 10-20 seconds...So you would not hear any air coming out unless you were right behind the person doing it.
And your little sonic idling is not loud enough to cover up the sound of a tire rapidly deflating..I can hear a tire deflating in my shop with my wagon idling on the lift next to

Got my car on June 30th and I've probably read a total of one page in the manual.
I mean, I really DO want to read it, but every time I think about reading it, I'm busy doing something else. Then, when I'm not busy, I forget that I want to read it. It's really a vicious cycle my brain goes through on a daily basis.

That's about right, after tax and labor, it came to just under $160. Of course, I didn't have to pay anything since I had the road hazard coverage on it
