Actually . . .The chances are better for your Sonic to get out of QC Hell.
While there will be no Full Production at the plant that week. But with 1,000 cars being in the "float" waiting to get tested, repaired, double checked and shipped. There will be plenty of people at that end of the plant workin the Holiday week.
That coupled with the fact that there is NO Buick Verano's being built this week leaves more time allocated to fix/ship whatever Chevy's are being held for whatever reasons. Both shifts have just been scheduled to work the Friday before and into Christmas Eve. Pretty sure some suppliers are looking forward to running a few days that week also to play catch up as the "just in time" schedule has been more of a "hurry up and wait" kinda thing.

They imbed them in a small bead of grease, so the dealer doesn't have to get them out of the brand new car before you take delivery. Into summer, the grease will start to dry, you'll hit a pot hole, and you will get the serenade that awaits you!

I've been researching cars for about a week now in search of one that fits my needs/wants and the Sonic is actually the only one that does so within my price range. Now I find out...there's only 1 within a 500 mile radius of me and it's not the color I want, lol. Looks like I'll have to order one I guess.
