You would have to have a before and after dyno to see if its low and running it on another dyno my show you higher numbers. Just because the peak numbers are low doesn't mean much compared to a base line and run with the intake. That's the spread you want to see as their dyno may run low.
There's diferent posted numbers too, I don't know all of them but there's atleast 3 (I remember sae corrected) they will show different HP and torque even on the same car.
Then there'dont sweat those numbers yet its the gain from stock to intake that is the only thing that will be comparable
