Last week I got lucky. I was doing 89 got to the top of the hill on the highway and saw the cop. I was only able to slow down a little bit. I passed him doing 79 he should have pulled me over lol

I was not as lucky topped out at 107 after young punk in ricer buzzed me blew his doors off and mile down the road in my stock 12' LT sedan 1.4L Turbo 6 rattled Fort Worth's finest on the side of the road when he caught up to me he said "...by the time I got a radar reading on you. you were doing 78 in a 65 and you were hard on your breaks,... we both know you were doing much faster." My response hum yes sir thank you.

Lol I always think of smart as$ things to say to cops but I never really say them. I've gotten one ticket in the sonic so far :\ was doing 72 in 55 but he put 64 in 55.

Well, if you want to drive it I would put the SAB (assuming you still have it) back on till you get a new clamp. It only takes like 10 mins to swap out (including getting and putting the tools away).

If you don't have the SAB, I would worry about it vibrating and damaging the rest of the intake or something else. There's a reason that clamp is on there to begin with. This is my novice opinion, someone else might have a better answer for you.

The bf temporarily rigged it. At least until I get back.
I asked cx racing if they sold the intake and piping for the sonic separately and not as the whole kit with the intercooler. If not start over and buy a new one when I get home.

That's a good idea I might look into it. I just hate most warranty policies. When companies say send the product back in an insured box and when we receive it we will start the refund process. Then you have to wait weeks to get the money back. Haha yeah right forget it. I'll just get another.
