I still need to do the AVI. I switched it to the Holden Lion instead for now. I need to play a joke on my boss but I need to see if you can enter dev mode the same on a 2017 impala. Something about his face on a hula dancer.

Best option is to get screen mirroring working with the head unit and any other android device... Once you've established the connection you can put whatever you want on the head unit from the phone, tablet, etc.

You could spend a great deal of time ******* the newer software, or less involved is figuring out how to get the Windows CE o/s to boot an android shell instead of myLink... Or just use the files already available for mirror link unlock and video in motion disable and debug your own set up. Probably the latter for easiest method
