No to 1.6T Manifold to the 1.8

The answer to this specific question is buried. There is a proposed turbo for the 1.8 but Steve Toutant who has access to the info is currently preoccupied with a death in the family concerns. I expect he will be around to answer your question after the weekend.

chances are we are gonna need a new manifold made up. like i said there is a guy attempting to do it on the cruze forums who live by me and i was in contact with a turbo company but they didnt ever get back to me on the idea after initial contact so who knows whats going on. just hoping the parts made for the 1.8 cruze are same/similar enough to work on our car. as i get info from ither of these ill be making a post up in here.

And not sure what form we are discussing this one cuz i cant find it with a search. all forms in the 1.8 section regarding turbos are closed or the one about converting from 1.8 to 1.4, might be my fail attempt at a search or lack of care to try hard knowing most have been closed b4 3 posts lol.

I have an SR20 manifold that I could probably cut up to try to fit and see if this little 1.8 can spool this cute little GT2871R I have sitting on my kitchen table.
