Just got back from dealer, they refused to replace the shock, told me they were checking the car when in reality the car sat in their back lot for an hour. They told me they needed more time to find the problem. They have had the car for approx. 72 hrs. total, they know the shock is the problem (they told me this) so I can't understand why they just don't replace it. As I told the service writer, I can't help but wonder if the problem is due to the fact the car was purchased in Ohio and this dealership is in Florida.
