Oil cooler

Mine is only at ~68k, but it was around the same labor cost to replace the assembly and all pipes & exhaust manifold gasket.My sonic LTZ 2014 at 91K needs oil cooler replacement. Costs $1145 including labor. Yikes! Should I replace or leave it?
Do you own the car outright? Do you/have you had any other coolant leaks? I've already replaced (most) of rest of the system so it made sense to do the bigger cooler repair and hopefully end the torture...
