open downpipe?

The freightliner with the bull dog will spin the tires with the 43 foot loaded trailer on it. But if you keep you foot out you Dont even feel it back there

My Cummins (the silver truck) back when it was 600hp could pull the trailer like a toy. Currently running 41 lb of boost.
Now its back on stock tune and other parts ( long story) it still pulls great and gets 24 mpg vs the 19 it was

600hp? I'd guesstimate torque was about 650ft/lbs? That thing could walk on most exotics and supers haha!

It was higher then that many have guess it was close to 800 but not dyno numbers . . And yes there is a reason it has a locker in it and yes if you have ever been in a 8000lb full size truck doings a burn out beside a stupid little lowered Honda. Its a great feeling

Edit: you will love my latest project of I ever get it done. 5 cylinder Benz diesel in a slammed striped out ford ranger. Nothing like 300lb or torque in a 3000lb truck....

What's that sticker say...."my lug nuts require more torque than your rice burner makes". I would think your intake would suck in the Honda when you hit the gas. Spooling those Cummins turbo diesels is like powering up a turbine motor lmao

A lot... tune, injectors, exhaust and a **** ton of time moding stock parts.

Speaking of injectors...I wish I ccould do the E85 swap. There isn't anywhere within a reasonable distance for me to get the fuel from. :banghead:

I started with a cutoff muffler and that sounded great at first but when I wanted more I just unbolted the resonator from the second cat and I run it open from there. pics and links to videos in my build log check my SIG. its loud and you get the rumbles and pops and sometimes the drone can get to you. until I can go straight pipe from the turbo out its staying as is. I've passed plenty of cops with no front plate and illegal tint with no problems, just don't be a dick and you'll be fine.

i kinda want my car to be loud but i dont have money for a exhaust system, could i just run open down pipe with out a tune/ no issues? (2012 sonic hatch, 1.4t with 550 miles)

In high school my friends who wanted really cheap loud exhaust would just drill a bunch of holes in their muffler. You could start by doing that, but the mufflerectomy and straight pipe after the resonator is probably a better idea.

One piece and ceramic coated and wrapped. do you know what kind metal they use?
