I like the weapon-r by the looks of it. I do have a RNI on my 1.8 now. My concern is if this will fit my 2013. It seems that it is made for the 2012...but cant find anything regarding 2012+. It may just be me. Can anyone confirm a fit or tell me something I dont know?

Um wouldn't it be the same as the 2012? The didn't make any major changes.

It's a short ram, they all are. There are no CAIs for the Sonic unless custom built. Not sure about throwing codes. I believe the Injen doesn't and that's the only other intake available right now. K&N had one coming out and I believe DDM does as well but no telling when they will actually be available.

DDM and K&N, if they're like the rest of their intakes, won't throw codes. Weapon-R does, Injen doesn't.
