Harbor Freight (or Tool King) is your friend. Get a rotary tool for cheap, with intermittent and hobby use it will be just fine.I'd be in for the metal manifold, but in the mean time, does anybody have any idea how to port the manifold, all I have is a screw driver o: phillips head.
But seriously though, do I need to get a rotary tool? Because those are ridiculously expensive. $100 isn't much for something you use everyday but for something I'll use once a year o:
You can use a die grinder (air powered) as another option but it's more expensive than a cheap electric rotary because you'll need a compressor too
