I Find it funny that 2 people order with in the same month and one looks better than the other... quality control definitely needs improvement.

We have been quite busy but I have now had a chance to review all the comments and will provide feedback.
First, before we sent any kits out as regular sales we built 3 kits for testers and we got very good reviews, no issues with welds or build quality.

Based on this we released the product for purchase. Also the quality of production has not changed at all since then and if anything we have made improvements since.
First Issue: Pipe welds
Because the pipes are put together with multiple pieces, you will get areas of small inconsistencies in weld size. This is mainly due to the variation in the root opening of the weld due to how the pipes come together when they are cut. The other issue is the inside weld penetration, here you again will get different penetration due to variation in weld size above. We have considered adding an additional process in to improve this but it would add approx. $40 to the price of the kit. We do not think these small inconsistencies are enough to increase the price as they do not affect performance. All pipes are also pressure tested for any leaks before release.
Second Issue: Sensor bung
Since we are welding a thick bung to 1/16" aluminum pipe there will be a higher amount of heat used which creates more penetration and a rougher looking weld on the inside. Again another process can be added but it would increase the cost of the kit. Here again we considered the improvement but found the increase in cost would not change the performance and the pipe is again pressure checked for any leaks.
The other issue that has been raised is to use a profile bung as seen below. This again would add $40 to the kit.
In Summary of the above, our kit is currently listed at $239.99 ($195US) but with the unnecessary improvement it would cost $359.99 ($290US). Both are without powder coating.
Now with the new pictures posted of the blue kit, if you zoom in you will see that the same issues do exist. Now there will be some variation from kit to kit but I can assure you that both these kits are built of the same quality and the only difference seen is the zoom on the pictures.
We will continue to improve our quality and decrease gaps for even better looking welds, but in terms of performance we have had no issues.
But in any case, we have and will offer a full refund to any customers that feels the quality does not meet their standards.

You can zoom the pictures and by comparison I don't see how you can say the welds and penetration are the same the interior welds specifically around the sensor are not nearly the same zoomed or not. You can zoom in very well and it's not near the same quality of work.
But that's okay if you guys are satisfied by the product you delivery.
For the benefit of people looking to your kits this explanation needs to be in your original post so people are not so shocked. It's odd that multiple welders disagree with you analysis as well but it is what it is.

Well I can officially confirm that they fit the automatic non-RS sonic. It's a bit difficult to get them in but they fit. Idle's much smoother now and the low end is pretty impressive on these. Despite the long as hell wait. It was actually worth it, until you realize you need a new intercooler core to go with the new set of tubes. I'll get installation pics or maybe a video later. Just don't ask me to remove the bumper.

Yanno what I'm tired of excuses. No reply needed the lack of reply or anything useful to say considering he is your "customer" and you lack even the most basic customer service speaks for itself. I'm not recommending anyone deal with this company period after this crap.
Planning on holding his money for another 51 days??? Pretty pathetic and sad. I was really hoping you guys would come out on top with something customer worthy to say but obviously that's not happening.
Nothing but excuses and blaming suppliers and asking for more money when a customer isn't satisfied with a sub par product.
He paid to have it shipped back and then they dispute back because why????

Even though the pipes I received from them are fine, I'll either be taking them off my car, or just tell people they're no-name pipes.
Again, even though my pipes didn't have the issues Richards did, I could do much better welds with a 5th of Jack in my system

This is sad. This company could of had a real good thing with the sonic since there was a hole in the hard pipes market (for factory intercooler). I know I was going to buy some at one point. Another company will hopefully come along and fill the new void again.
Just a suggestion, I noticed this paypal charge dispute on the facebook group. It might be a good idea to post a bit more details about it here than what you already posted above. (the paypal picture maybe?)
I would like to hear what RAW has to say, but I don't think I can be convinced to trust them anymore.

The only time these ones are coming off is when I get the MPfab kit. I verified that they work for the auto's and non RS. At this point it's now a replacement to the crappy OEM ones and oddly enough with ECP enabled on a 2012, I no longer have popcorn starts since the new tubes went in.

I cannot find the words to properly describe how disappointed I am with the COMPLETE lack of integrity and customer service shown by this "vendor." I will actively recommend against getting involved with such a shady operation. At this point, it's not even about the lack of quality. This "vendor" has shown their true colors by disputing a refund claim AFTER receiving the product in perfect condition. Sad. Very sad...

I asked for rebel to update the deceiving pictures in the original post. Since they are okay with their product and see no problem. Then this shouldn't be an issue.
Maybe Richard wouldn't mind posting all the emails and pictures between the two of them.
However I don't really think anything they have to say would be a saving grace for them now.
They haven't responded in a while I don't think we will ever seen a response. To be honest.
