Good luck with that one.. Way more involved then just bolting on and tuning.. Lots of fab work...

I just talked to zzperformance im hoping to get my build on its way soon the main concern is the oil lines

Iv heard just t it into my pan but im not sure where or how

They said when im all done they would help me tune it

They also said they have the 1.8 and plan on boosting it but it will be a while they have other projects going on for quite a while

So do we wait or start without them?

Offer to buy his turbo set up from the VXR

No, GM would have to prove that whatever broke was a result of the giant turbo on your... ok, yeah that would be pretty obvious what the cause of failure was, just messin!

What type of intercooler is good I'm trying to read up on them but I want one that will cool the air extremely efficiently

What's better wide and thin or thick and narrow

Any help would be greatly appreciated

For the intercooler im just using the CX RACING upgraded kit for the 1.4 with additional piping

You can buy a cooler from zzp or mpfab I wouldn't waste much time on cxracing cores.. Piping size 2.5 to 2.75 will be fine..

Any test on what one flows more air cooler?

You would still need to bend the piping to get the sonic.. The inter cooler core used is trash.

If you want to use a zzp or Mpfab front mount kit from the 1.4. You'll need to convert to the 1.6t intake manifold. Or make your on piping
