Yea the chimes are a pain. If you cange the radio and go aftermarket, the turn signals will come out of an interface box instead of the speaker. Its significantly quieter.

Yay, the alpine amp installed, and my custom harness worked as intended.



Stopped by a local installer shop, and they had everything hooked up in about an hour.



The little alpine amp hooked to the stock speakers makes a huge difference in sound quality. More than adequate for my needs. But as mentioned in other posts, the chimes and turn signal sound are quite a bit louder. I might see if I can completely disable them. Or. I might just quit using my turn signals altogether -- like everyone else on the road.



While at the shop, another guy was adding an amp and speakers to his Segway. To be expected I guess, when you live in the land of Microsoft geeks.

Now how did u do everything I noticed the stock radio isn't loud at all. I wanted to do this just dont no how

The power pack mentioned is super easy to install. Runs about 150 for the amp. Comes with everything needed.

Yeah I gotta do something but I can also do a aftermarket I have a single din with bt already from my old car I'm just trying to get the dash kit cheap with everything bc i like the steering wheel controls

Yea thats about right with sw controls. And thats not including the interface box for the sw controls. Just has the hook ups.

Yup that will work. I lucked out and went with the 70 dollar one. Didnt need all the other functions.

Eh not a fan of the carbon fiber. I really wanted the hood but its a bit gaudy. And painting it will defeat the purpose since I dont race. lol

Yea I went against that one because of all the negativity and I just wasnt 100% sold on it. I found the 3d carbon one for super cheap so I went with that one instead..lol

Lol, not carbon fiber I meant the 3D Carbon bumper, this one.
