That mount does look clean though. Looks like it would come with it.

The mount is simply a mending plate a bolt/nut, a piece of rubber and a piece of metal strap, go to your hardware store even in stainless it's costin you maybe $8.
It does look good, just sayin I can't believe it seems 'unidentifiable'.. lol
(Then again, I used to work in a hardware store.)

If you are talking about the rubber couplers, yes, 3" to 3" at the airbox and 3" to 2.5" at the turbo inlet.

Wow I've been away from this forum for a while now, sorry for the late response guys 
My car now has over 10,000 miles, about 7,000 of those miles on the intake and I've had no problems so far. Haven't even redone the part where the MAF sensor connects to the pipe
Yep, like CoHPhasor said, the material I made that mount/bracket with was stuff I found at Ace Hardware and Autozone. The metal band that wraps around the pipe is actually supposed to be used as an exhaust hanger, it comes in a package and is rolled up like tape, and you can make it yourself. The rubber/foam stuff lining the inside of the "band" so it doesn't rub and scratch the pipe is weatherstrip seal, it tends to move out of place after a few drives so I had to anchor it down to the band with 3 zip ties. The aluminum piece that connects the bracket to the frame is 1/2 inch wide and about 3/16 inch thick, and a little shorter in length so it "pulls" the intake toward the frame and away from the engine. I replaced the plastic chrome coupler with a blue rubber one since this pic was taken

I've put over 7000 miles on mine and I know a few people who've put well over 50,000 miles on their's and their car still runs the same as the first day it was installed. I thought it would be safe enough to run on my car, as long as its completely sealed and the air filter is clean

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have it data logged it and say its fine, it's fine.

I have actually taken time away and began creating my own tune files... I ran a Trifecta tune for a while and I really respected what it did so I pulled the stock tune file and began altering it to my own taste, one thing I've been tuning for is a shorter and skinnier intake. After going back and forth multiple times between stock and custom tune I've found that this shorter custom intake I ended up making didn't hurt the car whatsoever. The car even runs stock tune with my 3" pipe from the first cat back. and even with that I throw no codes stock tuned nor does it run funny. I wouldn't think just a measly intake can throw a code, MAF would just read more air with the new filter and read that is gathering the air faster if its closer to that filter.

I've used an intake that's so short the filter literally almost rubs on the corner of the engine, ran for 3000 miles with 0 codes, 0 issues, and worse mileage.

That same intake had the MAF directly next to the filter, was this the issue?
