LS/LT spring rates/height are the same (economy), LTZ spring rate is slightly stiffer and dampening is a tad higher but height is the same. RS/GMPP springs are much stiffer and have more dampening with RS/GMPP struts shocks and RS springs are .50" shorter in front and .25" shorter on the torsion beam axle. If your looking to not break the bank and want a sporty suspension feel on the road I'd suggest Zzperformance and get the full Sonic RS/GMPP suspension kit. It's worth it. I took a step further and run godspeed type s lowering springs on my GMPP/RS struts/shocks during summer and switch to my LT oe suspension during the winter. It nice to be able to swap suspension components. I went with the rs suspension upgrade because it's a step before going to coilovers... and you don't have to mess around with height or full suspension geometry adjustments.
