My 6 speed manual trans on my 2012 Sonic 1.4l turbo has a strange problem. I was driving when it seemed to start slipping however, it went from driving fine to going nowhere. It starts fine and runs but, I can sit at a stop without depressing the clutch and move the shifter into and out of all forward and reverse gears without a sound, with the engine running. Any ideas? I have been working in the automotive field for over 50 years and do not recall a clutch failure like this. Ever.
