Go to home depot. Buy some thin blue painter tape, make your stripes however you want them (tape is about ~ $9 a roll for the good stuff). Once you have your lines laid out, mask off the car with some plastic/newspaper (ran me $5 in plastic yesterday). Get some Plasti-dip (runs $5.95 a can @ HomeDepot) in whatever color you want. Paint your car (yes, direct onto the paint) in a nice base coat coverage. Let it dry 10-12 minutes, do it again, repeat about 6 times (you'll have a flat color showing). Once it is dry (give it a few hours) remove the tape... Done, you have custom stripes.
If you screw up, or later don't want them--- they will peel off.
Go to youtube and search "Plasti-dip a car". The entire project will be less than ~ $45*
