I'm hoping the combo of this and engine mount will keep it in check.

We will know soon. But it makes sense that it would. The vibrations are caused by slight imbalances in the mass of the lower end internals of the motor. Being that the stock bottom mount has play, causing the motor to dance at the mount, it may be magnifying the frequency. Once the whole unit is locked in, it may stop the freq's from gaining magnitude.
