Are they worth it? Also, would they scuff dress shoes as I dress like a fancy man.

i think they are totally worth it. they are high on the sides so any dirt is trapped on the mat and i have two kids the back ones are made just like it with a center piece.

if you want to keep your original carpet like new i would invest in these.

as for dress shoes idk I don't even own a pair.. they are a type of harder rubber but still bendable..

If you spill something on the floor the mat help keeps the liquid within the confines of the mat as well. The raised edges keep everything in the mat area.

These are definitely worth it, got my whole set for $90 since I have connections and even half off I was a little skeptical spending that much on mats but they fit so perfect and clean off real nicely. Never have worn dress shoes it in yet so can't comment on that but based on how much grip they have I'd say it might scuff if you weren't careful

The factory rubber floor mats are junk. soft rubber that is already wearing away and will be a hole soon. weathertech mats that match the interior is where its at. I will be getting them for the sonic and Scion.

And for people who are saying they move. try applying some velcro (spiky side) on the bottom of the mat. should help hold it to the carpet

If you get the digital fit ones they do not move at all. They use molds to make them and its a perfect fit.

Thats what I ordered and what my GF has in her Sonic. They are specifically made for the vehicle that you get them for and molded to fit. Thats why they ask for the make and model of your car.

Weather techs are awesome , well worth the money . The price is questionable , but they are the only company that make this good of a floor mat . The one downside like others have mentioned , is that the dead pedal is partially covered and that the plug on the top of the mat let water seep out under the mat .

The only con I've seen to mine is that the driver-side one doesn't seem to snap on to the buttons that are meant to hold it in place. It still isn't a big issue as they still stay in place pretty well.

A Fancy man doesn't have 'regular' shoes. They are all, well fancy.

On a serious note, something under the dash took a small chunk out of my leather. It was of course my favorite pair. The thing with dress shows, the more comfortable the more expensive and have a shorter life. You can buy pairs that are bulletproof, but will put you in a wheel chair.

If these mats scuff up my shoes it is a no go. I do however, want them because the heels rip up cheap mats like the stockers.

Mine arrived today. I spent a half hour trying to get the drivers side mat to snap into place like the OEM mats before realizing they dont lol. I was pounding and stepping on them trying to get them to snap and got real frustrated. Then I went online and read they rest on the pegs they dont snap in. I felt like an idiot for getting so angry.

So far I still prefer the factory rubber mats to the aftermarket ones. All except the fact they don't cover the deadpedal.


I was able to get ones thrown in for free with the Cruze, but paid for the ones for the Sonic.
