what did you do to your Sonic today?

Got my new Alpine amp installed today.. but now the blinker and door chime is ungodly loud.. made a thread on it.. any help would be AWESOME!!

I tuned my car today. It only took me about ten minutes. I am very pleased with the result! To data log it, I planned on a 20-60 pull. That ended up being a 20-75 pull without me realizing.

Do it! I'm still unsure of how to wire my interior LEDs to my radio so they'll be on at the same time. They're just hooked up to a switch currently.
And I'd like to change my taillights to LEDs.

Wheels and hood look pimp. At one point I considered green on my black sonic but decided on black on black on black. Imo which is worthless the tail lights look silly.

My car is back at the dealership.. they are tryin to find the rattle from the accident 10-30 and also trying to figure out why the blinker is ssoo loud.. like 90+Db. They told me they were contacting corporate...

I went crazy lol. I used vinyl headlight film to color the high beams, spedometer screen, overhead lights, license plate lights, and trunk light solid green. Looks spectacular. Driving a spaceship now.

I've used this on my turn signals front and rear and they've held up great so far. I have vinyl on the fogs... and they're okay but they do get pitted... I think I'll paint the fogs soon too..

The only problem I have with the vinyl is bubbles! I used a credit card to get most of them out but just don't look at the lights too closely lol

How does that paint hold up and hows the color when the lights are on?

paint's just fine. I've had it since early this year and we've had several cold snaps and bad weather...I've not seen any degradation.

The color is a deep amber.. gives the car a unique look IMO

The bubbles in the vinyl can come out if you use a hair dryer to heat the surface prior to applying the vinyl...also if you spray some water on the surface and squeegee it out with heat towards the outer edges that works... same way they do window tint.

Tried to get the sonic echecked. They said I don't need one until 2017 lol. Guess new cars get a 4 year grace period? I had no idea but works for me. That was the easiest echeck ever!

I just added an O2 extender to try and make my cel turn off. I have a feeling there may also be another issue now.

I took the u-bend for the airbox out of the fender and peeled the dealer sticker off the hatch.
I've got all next week off work so I might get some other little stuff done.
