Ordered the full turbo back exhaust from bnr ZZPerformance 2012+ Chevrolet Sonic 1.4T Full Turbo Back Exhaust
Lol if it came with pick your own options then I missed that part.

i have the same kit.. comes as pictured.. you will love it. only thing is the exhaust tip comes out to the side and not centers due to the rs bumpers

Thanks Thaifight-R. I admit I got confused as to which I had posted and which I had not. The lip is painted Hot Rod Black with a semi-gloss clear coat. While at Rodgers Chevrolet this morning I got to compare the ZL1 and 1LE lips to the Design Rides and I believe John Williams got it exactly right.

I got my Sonic back from the Dealer with new transmission, filled it up with E85 and drove... sedately, cautiously, due to ill timed sleet/slush/snow event. But I drove it around in third gear a LOT anyway.

Design Rides has orders for five for the non RS, which probably means they are going ahead on making the mold.

And yes, it is a nice lip. Looked especially good even when parked within several feet of the ZL1s and the 1LE with a lip.

It was apparently National "Who gives a flying f@$# about speed limits" Day, so I went with the crowd at 10+ mph above the speed limit to work. A good time was has by all, I guess. A 95 Grand Prix with the B4U body package in front of me decided to stretch out his tires just after a highway split so I toyed with him a little bit. I'm not sure if he had the 3100 or 3.4dohc, but it was obvious that he carried an extra 300lbs with at best 25hp under me. If only this Sonic would handle as well at such a high rate of speed. :sadbanana: I miss how well my GP handled, but this Sonic will shred it with no effort.
