Just unscrew the antennae itself from the base and have a free "sharkfin" looking one, didn't do a thing to the reception at least for me down in FL. I do keep it in my trunk in case I am travelling out of town and it doesn't work as well.

I don't know if you plugged the spot it unscrewed from our not but I found a caliper slide dust boot and a small body body pin that holds the plastic shrouds in wheel wells up, work great for keeping water out and protecting it.

Switched my hard pipe for silicone one. Took it in for a oil change. Replace silicone with hard charge.

Trimmed down my antenna.

So I dipped my rear chrome bar, front and rear badge black then dipped the sonic lt letters in the Intense Teal.

Question... as the paint comes out kinda matte, does the glossofier make it shinier?

I call it The Quiet Man's Muffler system. More for show than sound...it has a little gurgle, but nothing loud at all

Do you have those stealth police cruisers in your area that are all black or white but have the vinyls on the side doors that say "police". You can usually see it when on an angle and it reflects, it's just like that.
