Also tried the smoke plastidip on my lights, but i dont think i like it, needs to be darker. Oh well, i tried.

I watched a video about it recently. The person I watched put like 7 or 8 coats and then used glossifier.

THIS. I think I put 8-10 coats on my hubs truck before I was happy with the result. I almost gave up because it didn't look like it was doing anything, then BAM, the next few coats started to really darken. Give it a good clean and shoot it til it's dark enough. I left his matte, but he's got CF wrap. I think using a glossifier would be good on your shiny car.

Lol it's ridiculous really. I'd have given up if I hadn't already gotten so wrapped up in it. It was more out of determination than anything.

They are glued on. It takes a ton of force to get them off. We cut mine and plugged the holes.
