Why do these cars have horrible resale value?

On the other hand I'll still enjoy filling up for 20 bucks lol. My wife was driving ours and I think I had nearly a full tank in it toward the beginning of the week and is finally just getting toward empty.

If only filling up in Australia was that cheap. From one bar left to fill up costs around the $60 mark. And fuel prices are quiet low now.
