I know this is an old thread but I think I have this issue on my '18 Sonic. Tried to clean the windshield today due to all the salted roads and nothing but pump running and no juice. First issue we have had with the car and also the coldest few days since owning it as well so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Not particularly cold though (-15C). For those that had to reconnect the lines is it really the easiest way to remove the wheel and pull the liner back for access?
