I have had the Nokya's in my Sonic since early July with no issues what so ever. I use them everyday, all day and night. When i get in my car during the day I turn the marker lights on and run the fogs as my DRL's. Looks meaner that way coming down the road. I figured since they were dirt cheap they wont last like other bulbs of that caliber i have purchased before, but until the burn out they will stay put. I'm hoping they last till a proper HID kit comes out for the low beams and fogs so i can put those in.

What about the Lamin-X blue film? Or what about blue lights? I know about the yellow ones, i've seen them, but it seems like everyone is trying to get the yellow. Anyone know of any durable blue or green ones?

JDM my ass. I had yellow headlights to combat the fatigue effect of blue light a decade ago... When Honda fags were still screwing planks to their trunk lids.
And TIE, I was pulled over for yellow projectors in my Crossfire once. Cops tend to dislike headlights that are too far from white. So I put the bulbs in my high beams instead.

I remember in high school this one guy had a Cadillac with pink/purple headlights looked cool but I don't know how legal that is.

I got OEM yellow fog lights in my 91 civic, the housing is yellow from factory and i'm using a clear bulb........but i don't understand why people call it jdm. It's like that rear fog these guys put on the rear bumper and call it jdm, little do they know it's from Europe. lol

it's a FEDERAL law that headlights must be white...or close to it. and the ONLY colors that can point forward are white and amber. and the only colors that can point rearward are white, red and amber.
if it doesnt have a DOT stamp on it you can, and likely will at some point or another...get a ticket for it.
also, it doesnt matter what state you're in, tampering with headlamps is illegal. you can only replace lamps with replacement bulbs. so all these who put on 'angel eyes' or projector lenses...can be issued a ticket and it will stick.
also, on another note, just cuz it's got a DOT sticker/stamp on it, doesnt mean it's legal. 55w has been designated as a low beam, and 65w has been designated as a high beam wattage. anything more and you're no longer legal.
but, i've never seen anyone get tickets for headlamps unless they also had springs/tint/strobes or other 'attention getters' and they were being retarded with the cops.

I use only JDM PIAA bulbs and I've got 2500K in the fogs and highs with 4300K in the lows. USDM PIAA bulbs are OK too, but I've got the hookup on JDM PIAA.

hey guys since some of you already swapped your fogs with other bulbs can someone tell me how hard it is to get to them? Can you pull the plastic inserts out from the front or got to get under it an pull some panels out of the way

It's 2 torx screws on the side wall and 1 under the bumper, and just bent back the plastic and your good.

I sure hope I don't burn out the wiring! .... Then again, I may go ahead and install the upgrade wiring and relay to support the higher amperage draw.

Everyone forgot to ask if he wants the yellow fogs for looks or function.
If for looks then just tint the glass. If for function then get some real yellow emitting bulbs, not yellow tinted bulbs.
Because I would hope you guys know that fog lights are supposed to be yellow to penetrate through bad weather better! lol Then it got taken over by kids with Honda's.

Yeah I was thinking that if I would put yellow emitting bulbs in my car it would just be for the fog lights. Would mess with anything else like the headlight, hi beams, turn signals.
