Guess we will see if I have another passenger floor puddle. Getting several inches of wet, heavy snow here in OKC today and my car is parked outside.
If I have another puddle, I'm switching dealers. The first dealer (the one I bought the car from) completely ignored the fact that I gave them the TSB#. They just hosed the car down for a few minutes, then updated my ticket with 'could not replicate problem'.
I never thought to check my cabin air filter. May need to take it out and check it to see if wet.
** Update ** - went out to my car at lunch, and even though there is several inches of wet snow sitting on the lower half of the windshield, I found no water on the passenger floor mat.

Sorry to hear about the negative experience at the dealer. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Let us know if you bring it back to the dealer.
