Soften up the front rebound on the pedders so it can soak up the hop. That should keep you from breaking the next on due to hop but it won't fix the weak link.
A little less traction would would have been more beneficial in your case
Pre, I was doing some research on your current situation. It looks like you are on Trensetter Island.
I was surprised to see there were no similar issues with the Cruze. I know people mod them, maybe I missed this happening on Cruzetalk.
If you go race tires/wheels, I think 15s will be needed. Each beef up will find another weakness.
I was expecting this process to be part of my journey. The razors edge is the at the point between spending a bunch of money to build something stronger and then breaking that same thing that was constructed.
I still have plans to make even more power, but all that is on hold indefinitely until I can succeed in a failure free launch with the power I have.

I think even with the 15 inch race wheels you will still have a transmission with limited time. You will ultimately need custom performance parts.
I spoke to a couple trans Jedi about a F40 (ATS 2.0T trans), it's doable, but very involved. The hardest part would be overcoming starter interference.
The ATS is rear drive. I think you mean Regal or Verano.
