Total Recall, the original was great. The remake could have been called something else it was so different. Yet, it would have been called a ripoff.

The judge dredd movie was decent.
Stallones judge dredd movie was terrible. Matter of fact, most Stallone flicks I. The 80-90s sucked badly.

Blasphemy! Tango & Cash was great. I do enjoy bad 80's flicks though; Cobra, Big trouble in Little China. Pretty much any movie with Kurt Russell. The quips make the movies great.

18" steam lines blow. Whats fun is when the insulators forgot to do their job and the device you need to get to is 6" from the steam line.
No offense Preloader, but there were a bunch of hack pipe fitters on that job. SO much **** was installed wrong or without gaskets/fasteners. Fun times when they decided to leak test the piping with water. Never knew where to be to avoid the sudden waterfall. I guess a pre test walk through was to much to ask. That being said, most of them didnt really give a **** since they were travelers and planned on going home soon anyways.

150# steam is about 350F. 450# steam is about 450F.
Right now we're repairing leaks in the steam tracing. Most crude oil products won't flow at ambient temperatures, so all the carbon steel piping is traced with 1/2", sometimes 3/4" stainless tubing steam lines, to warm the product up enough to flow.
So, yes, full FR dark blue coveralls, direct sun, reflecting off of the metal insulation jackets and 350F steam lines in all directions.
We get 30 minutes for lunch, and I chose to bring leftover Kung Pao Chicken.:blankface:
