it probably has a 1.5 bar MAP sensor.
So that would be good for approximately 7 lbs of boost?
I bar is 14.7 PSI at sea level. This is 0 PSI on a typical boost gauge.

you can buy a trifecta tune with the parts you are going to install and just wait until the install to flash it. Vince is very good at estimating the tune requirements.
The ECM needs to be able to read the manifold pressure above 14.7 (atmospheric pressure at sea level) and the stock program and MAP sensors do not read above 14.7. Well I assume they still use a MAP, never really paid that much attention on this car.
Trifecta just got back to me. $300 for the tune + cable rental. I'll put together the first kit, at cost, for 1400 w/o intercooler, 1900 with intercooler. Includes all hardware, installed, and tune. And I'll eat the dyno rental costs.

For the first car, yes. Basically for privilege of letting me develop a kit, yes. Mitsubishi turbo with upgraded compressor wheel, twin scroll manifold, and downpipe to tie in to a stock exhaust.
I will make no claims as to who it can outperform, as I do not know what else is currently on the market.
I am 20 minutes north of Pittsburgh PA.
PM me, if you really want to get the ball rolling.
