Do I think it's a great value for $900? Absolutely not.

You can get a brand new flanged turbo for less, but then you'll end up spending more to accommodate it with hot and cold side piping and external blow off.
(Also, I ran it by TriVince and he can easily tune for it.)
I think VTuner charges like $300 for a ported intake, just to give an example of how ridiculous his prices are. But I'm not frugal when it comes to my happiness in hobby.

Also, nobody NEEDS water/meth..... It can help make power, especially if you plan to keep away from e85. It allows you to ramp timing up, in a similar way that e85 does. Water/meth can be used with e85 also, but now we're talking about putting frosting on a cake that isn't baked. It only makes sense after all other more effective mods have been done.

Lastly, if you are going to be getting serious about adding gobs of power, you will want some bigger injectors. More power requires more air and fuel. It's that simple.

Andrew, why does your exhaust sound so deep? We have every same piece except, I have DDMW hi flow 2nd and you have ZZP hiflow 2nd.

18.5, 22? I'm not sure what you are talking about.

If you are talking about injector size, the stock size is 28# and 42# is the common upgrade size.

And to clarify, bigger injectors don't make more power, they ALLOW you to make more power, when more fuel is needed to to burn extra air delivery.

whats the price on those cause im interested in that as well. that will allow for our cars to rev to 7 thousand rpms correct. the 18.50 flow per minute to 22.50 flow per minute was the massairflow

Talk to BNR, I think the 42# injectors are like $200.

And yes they will be necessary to make power past 5k, but also necessary to make over 200 hp even below 5k.

If you are interested in revving passed 6k you will also need to tighten up the valve springs.

And yes 22 lbs/min as opposed to 18.5 lbs/min should get more than a tenth off the qtr mile.

I feel like temperature can affect sound too.

I get more tractor turbo sounds when the weather is cold, but my car just gets super loud and drone-y when it's warmer.

Oh god yeah. My crank bearings locked up on me. So i swapped parts around on 4 other junk bikes to get 1 good frame, crank, bearings, etc (garage looked like a chop shop). Still have 2 bent rims, junk tire and a bent axle :/

The good crank was geared for top speed, like 50mph fast. So I thru on the lil sproket from the shot crank.

and speaking of wheelies I finally nailed a wheelie around a triangle intersection and rode out of it :banana: been working on it forever
